And the App Store Awards 2022 winners are…
The App Store editorial team revealed the Apple App Store Awards 2022 winners on Monday, announcing 16 apps and games that have “inspired users to engage more deeply with the world, expand their imaginations, and stay connected to friends and loved ones.”
“This year’s App Store Award winners reimagined our experiences with apps that delivered fresh, thoughtful, and genuine perspectives,” stated Apple CEO Tim Cook. “From self-taught solo creators to international teams spanning the globe, these entrepreneurs are making a meaningful impact and represent the ways in which apps and games influence our communities and lives.”
The annual event honors developers and the apps they’ve built that have had the largest positive influence on both the company and its consumers. These devs fully utilize the hardware and software that Apple recently released, whether it be in social media, games, or sports. Now without further ado, let’s take a look at the rest of the App Store Awards 2022 winners.
This year’s App of the Year award went to BeReal, the new social platform that requires you to take and share two photos per day — one with your phone’s front camera and one with its rear camera. Did someone out there say two photos a day keeps the doctor away?
Along with BeReal, other winners at the event included EA’s Apex Legends Mobile and Time Base Technology Limited’s GoodNotes5. Now without further ado, let’s take a look at the full list of the Apple App Store Awards 2022 winners.
