The Doja Cat Scarlet album is a hit
I said what I said — the new Doja Cat Scarlet album is the artist’s fourth LP and her third consecutive and overall entry in the top 10. Thanks to the single “Paint The Town Red”, Scarlet recorded 72,000 equivalent album units in its first week of launch, with 65,000 in streaming equivalent album units.
For the record, that’s 88.34 million on-demand audio and video streams of the 17 total tracks from the Doja Cat Scarlet album. It also received 6,000 album sales and 1,000 in track equivalent album units.
Doja Cat has been at the forefront of the music industry and one of the biggest personas to define the 2020s. Her presence in the scene has been nothing short of strong, and it’s impressive that she continues her creativity, bringing us a diverse album that stands out from the rest of the pack.
