We’re Getting Another Mariah Carey Apple TV+ Christmas Special

The “Queen of Christmas” is back with another Mariah Carey Apple TV+ Christmas special

Apple has announced an all-new Mariah Carey Apple TV+ special for the holiday season. Following last year’s “Magical Christmas Special”, the multi-platinum and multi-Grammy award-winning music icon Mariah Carey is back with “Mariah’s Christmas: The Magic Continues”.

American singer and songwriter Khalid along with American choir director, gospel singer, and musical artist Kirk Franklin will join alongside the Mariah Carey Apple TV+ special for a debut performance of their new single, “Fall in Love at Christmas”. Afterwards, fans are able to watch last season’s magical holiday hit “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special” from 2020.

“Mariah’s Christmas: The Magic Continues” is executive produced by Carey, Tim Case, Charleen Manca, and Matthew Turke of Supply & Demand, and directed by Joseph Kahn, a film and music video director who also serves as executive producer for Supply & Demand, a production company known for its world-class music videos and features.

On Halloween night, the self-proclaimed Queen of Christmas teased the special with a video depicting her holding a large candy cane and smashing a line of Jack-O-Lanterns carved in with “IT’S NOT TIME”. Carey’s poking fun that Christmas feels like it comes earlier and earlier each and every year, and we still have Thanksgiving to celebrate.

Aside from the Mariah Carey Apple TV+ Christmas special, award-winning Apple Originals from today’s most inventive storytellers may be found on Apple TV+. Apple TV+ is available for a large library of devices and includes premium drama and comedy series, feature films, pioneering documentaries, and kids and family entertainment.

Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” reaches the charts annually in November and stays there until the end of the year. The award-winning artist continues to profit from her Christmas hit from 1996 and earns roughly $500,000 per year in royalties from the single track. Mariah is said to have made more than $60 million in royalties from only one song. We wish you a merry Christmas, Mariah…and we also wish that we produced your song.
