TCL NXTPAPER 11 Revealed At MWC 2023

We’re flipping out on the new TCL NXTPAPER 11

Announced yesterday at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2023), TCL Mobile showcased the TCL NXTPAPER 11, a budget-friendly tablet for both work and leisure.

The display on the TCL NXTPAPER 11 was developed to alleviate eye strain while providing a more paper-like viewing experience — something along the lines of an Amazon paperwhite, but in color. TCL accomplishes this by reducing glare and letting users lower the amount of blue light emitted by the screen as well as diffusing the light with various layers of screen protection.

“Building on the major success of our tablet lineup, and delivering enhanced features our customers want most, we bring some major upgrades to user-experience and performance with our newest tablet models”, said TCL Communication CMO Stefan Streit in a MWC 2023 press release. “TCL leads the market in innovative display technologies and maintains a steadfast commitment to protect eye health while supplying unmatched viewing and productivity.”

With improved brightness up to 500 nits and an inbuilt light sensor that can automatically adjust color temperature, TCL claims their new NXTPAPER 2.0 displays provide better visual quality. The TCL NXTPAPER 11 tablet will feature NXTPAPER 2.0 with its 10.95-inch 2000×1200 pixel IPS LCD display, along with support for 10-point multitouch input.

The tablet includes a MediaTek Helio P60T processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, an 8,000 mAh battery, an 8MP front and rear camera, and support for WiFi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. It also features reverse changing, so owners will be able to use the laptop like a power bank to charge their phone on the go.

The TCL NXTPAPER 11 will come in dark grey or lavender colorways and is expected to launch this May.
