The Usher Super Bowl Halftime Show took us back to the early 2000s

We have to confess that the Usher Super Bowl Halftime Show was a huge success on Sunday night as the R&B superstar cemented his legacy at the Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. Usher provided an outstanding performance and even brought out Alicia Keys to sing their Grammy award winning hit song, “My Boo”.

Performing to the Allegiant Stadium that was filled with 65,000 people, Usher felt right at home as he recently ended his Las Vegas residency. Not missing a single beat, he showcased to the nation and across the world why he is still one of the all-time best American artists with his dynamic vocals and stage presence.

The EGOT winning singer, songwriter, and dancer kicked off his set with “Caught Up”, followed by a montage of “Superstar”, “Nice and Slow”, “U Got It Bad”, and many more. H.E.R. also made a surprise appearance to play the guitar solo on the latter.
