Kendrick Lamar October SNL Performance Brings Out Sampha

Tune into the Kendrick Lamar October SNL performance of “Rich Spirit”, “N95”, and “Father Time”

The 2022 Kendrick Lamar October SNL performance was the rapper’s third visit on the show, and one of his most theatrical to date as the Pulitzer Prize-winning, LA-based artist came out to perform two singles off his latest album, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers.

A medley of “Rich Spirit” and “N95” were the first tracks rapped by Kendrick, followed by “Father Time” featuring English singer/songwriter Sampha who made an appearance to sing the chorus.

Kendrick last appeared as a musical guest on SNL back in 2014, when he performed “I” from the Grammy Award-winning album, To Pimp a Butterfly.

SNL is now in their 48th season and has scheduled Megan Thee Stallion and Willow in addition to Kendrick Lamar as the musical guests of October. Willow is set to perform on October 8 while Megan Thee Stallaion’s appearance as both the host and the musical guest will be broadcasted the following week.
